Not so much a Europhile as someone who sees that there are multiple approaches to the same problem, each with its own pros and cons. If we just say "Murica!" without looking at how other developed nations attack the problems we share, that's, well, IGNORANT. I would argue that we have at least some history of doing better on immigration than European nations, but we've backslid significantly in the last 4 years. Unless you are a full-blooded Native American, all of your ancestors, like mine, are immigrants, and G-d bless the Golden Door!
