What is going on? Are there “nice” people just upvoting every meme they see?

Context behind the original comment is when this was on the new page it got like 12 upvotes.

But all other memes around it got like 10-12 upvotes as well. Most memes don’t go above a 5 on there, so I had my suspicions...
