Playing the devil's advocate. Let's say I believe Democrats who say the total number is not reflective of the final mail in ballot votes.



Even if that is true, it means that the final mail-in ballot total was... exactly 40k. Not 41251, not 38577, or some random number, but exactly 40k.



And in that 40k, 99% went to Biden.



That's what they want you to believe. Hilarious.

98% would have been an estimate.



DeKalb county has a population of over 759K. Obviously, they're not all registered voters, but unless you can show me they only have 323,117 registered voters, I say you're reaching.

That's not how it works. They know how many ballots there are, they just don't know who the ballots were for.



But still, even if I play devils advocate again. The estimate is off by 10.9%? That's high... really really high.



And it doesn't explain why the final total is exactly 40k more than the estimated final total

No it couldn't. Did you even read what I wrote?



They already know how many votes they have, just not who they were for. This is both mail-in AND in person count. This is how they got the 98%, it means 98% of the votes they have total.



For example, they have 100 votes. They don't know who they are for. They start counting and certain votes goes to 1 candidate while other votes go to another. Then they stopped counting at 98 votes with 2 votes left.



And again, even if I play devils advocate and agree with you that there are extra ballots coming in they didn't put in the final vote, it is off by exactly 40k votes?



And your meme actually PROVES I am right. For it has been said 100% reported in and they're still adding votes. LOL! THANKS!

I recall hearing how De Kalb county was one of the last county reporting and that it was predominately Democrat and the reason I remember this well was the reporter were having an argument of how to pronounce De Kalb.
