You know Tojo, of all the liberals, dare I even say snowflakes, that troll around the politics stream, I would have hoped that the more intelligent ones would have learned (at least by now) that attacking Trump is fine, but attacking his supporters, and making negative stereotypical generalizations about them is not really the way to go.
Not that an individual Trump supporter (me, for example) shouldn't be attacked for supporting certain positions, but to attack the person, let's call them a deplorable, just doesn't work. Although, I would say that intelligence as a general target of attacks, seems to be fair game. I engage in that myself, but only when it's so obvious that using any other tactic would be fruitless, since the person would have no clue what I was talking about.
Two good reasons, imo for not attacking the individual, nor generalizing about them:
1. The attack is usually just flat out inaccurate on the whole, and similar attacks can be made about supporters on the other side (see attached meme with anti-Trump protestor for a pretty good example, imo)
2. It didn't work in 2016, so why do you think it will work in 2020?
Regarding item #2, I for one am more than happy to see that you liberals have not learned a dayum thing about, nor since 2016. It empowers me to grow more confident every day in another Trump victory. This time, one that will shock snowflakes, progressives, and liberals of all stripes into leaving this great country once and for all, as so many have promised, but so few have done.
