It's hilarious when literally everyone from the state government to the president are black and/or liberal, yet their citizens are saying there's a racist system oppressing them.

They had eight long years, and made things worse.

Do you think protesting and tearing down statues will?

Not if they don't try. It's not primari a federal problem anyway. The system that keeps people down is often local government plans combined with a socioeconomic trend that punishes those that try to get out of poverty.

Trump and Pence accomplished more in four years than Hussein and creepy dementia Joe did in eight. Four more years! Trump & Pence 2020!

But racism does exist and we collectively all have a responsibility to try to stop it regardless of politics or media. I hope we can agree on that.

Completely agree. And Democrats have always been there to oppose us.

I don't care what party somebody is politically affiliated with. If they are a racist then they are a racist. Pointing fingers is not going to get rid of racism. Individual action will though. :)

Redirecting racism will never cure racism. Equality cures it but prejudice is more prevalent than actual racism.

If it can't be fixed overnight, then I don't understand the protests and statue bashing. I think it will take along time, probably generations.

Love the "tea time" line. That's hilarious!

I don’t really care for the senseless destruction either, but the amount of time there’s been inaction is beyond unacceptable. Not really a good justification I agree.
