She said that the rival news network, OAN, was "literally paid Russian propaganda." So either you and her do not know what "literally" means or you are just willfully ignorant of what actually happened in the lawsuit.

A factual statement would be: the judge dismissed the OAN lawsuit because having an opinion is not a basis for a defamation lawsuit.

Her statement was that "OAN News is literally Russian funded". That doesn't sound like an opinion, but literally a statement of fact.



Besides her lawyers argued that "no reasonable person would think that everything she says is factual".

Yes. Because reasonable people are allowed to have opinions.  



Especially when OAN employs Kristian Brunovich Rouz.  Who is also employed by Sputnik, the Russian propaganda "newspaper." 



It is also my opinion that a reasonable person could have the opinion that OAN is connected to the Russian government. 



This is also the same argument that Fox talking heads like Hannity use. They're not reporting the news. They're offering their opinion on the news.

If you are going to make a case for people not using facts, you should probably start with some or even make at least one factual statement to have any credibility.
