Why doesn't the same hold for Representative Omar?

Because there are no valid accusations.

Just a buncha bullshit being spewed by conservatives.

The old Soviet model of "everyone is equal, some are just more equal than others" is at work here. Nothing to see, move along.

Yup, he did something bad and got punished. Poor Dinesh.

Now, your attempt to evade the issue notwithstanding, can you answer his question?

No, if she broke the law, she should be arrested and prosecuted. As far as I know, there are only allegations, although ones with strong evidence behind them, which is why she should be investigated.

I mean after all, to the left, someone's allegation based on an extremely hazy (and suspiciously coincidentally timed) "memory" of something that happened 30+ years ago was enough to launch a full scale investigation into Kavanaugh, wasn't it? Allegations with actual evidence lending them credence should be a no-brainer for investigation.

Especially now that her lawyer admitted it was a political stunt to protect Roe v Wade. Not that any shitlib media covered it.

I hadn't heard about that admission. Gee, what a surprising turn of events! xD

Even if they had, I wouldn't have known. I mean, who even bothers with CNN anymore anyways?

Hey, people in airports that have to know.

Have you ever seen this Breitbart interview from 10 years ago? Breitbart on hollywood. It's half an hour but it's pretty interesting

Sorry, that one is good but this is 6 minutes and more interesting. Check it out:

No, I was going by the concept that if it's /proven/ she broke the law (ie by investigation), then she should be arrested and prosecuted.

"Alleged" means it's not known for fact that she broke the law, thus investigation should come first. That's due process

Maybe I'm being a little confusing, so let me put it this way using your quote with a little modification. It's a case of:

"If Ilhan Omar /allegedly/ broke the law, committed tax fraud, etc, then she should absolutely be investigated for that"

vs

"If Ilhan Omar broke the law, committed tax fraud, etc, then she should absolutely be arrested and prosecuted for that"

Does that clear up the distinction I'm making?

That was a long winded way of saying you agree with him.

And I thought I got wordy.

The exact same political donation violation that sent Dinesh to jail. The exact same. You can't really say that Trump goes after his political opponents as Obama's administration did. See the IRS scandal. Hate Trump as much as you want, with his twitter tirades, I doubt if you're being fair that you'd deny that fact.

Actually, if I remember correct, Rosie donated more money then Dinesh.

Yes, used 4 misspellt names and 5 different addresses to donate money. I really think neither is a jail worthy offense but he got busted and she was never bothered. So much for Trump using the presidency to go after his enemies, like Obama did with the IRS.
