Clinton was ACTUALLY impeached. After being convicted in the House, the Senate decided not to remove him from office. Impeachment does not always mean removal from office.

Investigators already determined the foundation is a foreign agent. It's not registered as a foreign agent. It can no longer retroactively register as a foreign agent.

Flynn almost had Treason charges brought against him for acting as a foreign agent. The judge apologized for bringing up the charges when it was disclosed that Flynn had registered as a foreign agent retroactively.

The only government investigators are the FBI.

Congress can get it's information from whoever it chooses. The FBI used to be the go to, but seeing as how they've proven to be at odds with the current administration it's understandable that republicans in Congress and the Senate would prefer non FBI investigators.

I'm sorry, maybe it's your preconceptions showing but where does this meme or my response reference Trump? If the House has taken up and passed Articles of Impeachment and the Senate is having the hearing, then there must be grounds as a President can only be impeached for treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. So, yeah, a President can be impeached over a misdemeanor. You know, breaking the rule of law.
