You don't understand how TV works. He was an actor spouting a catchphrase. He didn't have hire/fire authority on the show. That would be the producer.

You are completely missing the point. Do you think NBC would have given him the show if he wasn’t known as a cut-throat businessman? No. Do you really think Trump would put himself in a position where he has no control at all even in the scenario of reality TV? No. Do you think he would have run for President and won with the entire NPC mainstream media against him if he didn’t have the balls to do it? No. If you actually have a problem with his policies, I’m happy to debate with you. I have plenty of my own disagreements with him over that. That still doesn’t change the fact that lampooning him as a coward won’t work because it’s just blatantly false.
