Here's a perfect example. It says it's true, which technically it is partially true, but then, at the end, it contradicts itself. For it to be fully, a "true" statement, it MUST be adjusted to show the actual per capita results. When they fact check conservatives, they say "mostly true." So, why didn't this one have that caveat, or at least an "its true, but....?" At best, this "true" is disingenuous.
