Now they want the FBI to investigate. News FLash! The FBI doesn't investigate vague, long-ago claims of state crimes where the statute of limitations has run out!

The appropriate venue for the investigation would be the state in which the incident is said to have taken place. Which means Ford would have to file a complaint in that state (she never did). Since the statute of limitations has run out for this type of alleged crime I doubt the police will open an investigation.

But, in the end, what is there to investigate? An unknown house at an unknown time. The accuser claims something happened in a room with 2 males that the 2 males insist couldn’t have occurred because they weren’t in the room with the accuser.
Supposedly there were 2 other males in the unknown house but the accuser doesn’t know who they were.

The accuser never told anyone at or near the time of the alleged incident. She never filed a police report. No one to date has stepped forward saying they knew about the alleged incident or that they were at the location.
