I don't think God really raped Mary. It's not like God kidnapped Mary and stuck his p**is into her. Assuming what we know about God, he probably snapped his fingers and BOOM! Mary was pregnant. As for Abraham's and Jacob's sex slaves, that was the norm back then. I'm not excusing it, but you have to take into context what the world was like in Biblical times. You say that Jacob and Abraham raped their handmaids? Whether they did or not, the Bible doesn't say God agreed with what they did. Just because something happened in the Bible doesn't mean God condones it. The Bible also talks about people committing Sodomy, sacrificing their babies and worshipping golden calves.
Be careful of the context. Read the WHOLE Bible. It tells one great big wonderful story! Also be aware of the real meanings, not just what you think of when you hear a word. It's well worth studying and looking up to get God's message.
As for the law about rapists in Deuteronomy, God isn't naive and He didn't assume that rape would never happen, so He provided instructions to teh Israelites on what to do when it DID happen. He never said, "It's ok to rape as long as you pay money."

But the problem is you're excusing modern day islamic backwardness and repression and atrococities with the same commited by Jews and Christians centuries, even millenia ago.
You neglect to account the fact that in that world, Moslems were contempories who lived near or even amongst Jews and Christians, and while the latter two have evolved past that barbarism, islam has not, especially amongst sunnis who are in fact, from Arabia to Turkey, regressing away from modernity, at least socially.

It is 2017 all ever the world. Technology, communication, modernization, etc is an aspect of life everywhere on this planet, even with reindeer herders in obscure corners of Siberia.
