It's not the physical act of the autopen doing the signing that people are concerned about. It's the fact that Biden was not in control of the autopen and who used it. Remember when Biden was asked about his EO cutting off natural gas exports and licensing, and he said he never signed such an EO? At the time I thought it was one more in a long line of examples of Biden being forgetful, but maybe it was the autopen? If he knew about signing that EO, it wouldn't have mattered if he signed it by hand or the autopen had signed it. But did he know? He certainly said he didn't know.

Unless you're saying Biden signed it and forgot? No chance of that though, right?

It's these types of questions that make objective, informed people wonder. And the fact that a close Biden aid testified to congress that he would rather have a group of Biden advisors running the country (.i.e. if Biden had been re-elected) than to have Trump as POTUS.
