Sure. I will support gay people, their rights, getting married, etc... but I will not support people who are involving kids in sex acts. The Catholic church for example has quite a few pedophile priests who have done this... for decades. And interestingly enough, there are still parents who bring their kids to church. And there seem to be virtually no memes about it from the right wing. Funny how that works.
And while we're on religion and what's appropriate for kids or not, the book-banning thing was an interesting one too considering stuff found right there in the "good book". I looked at one of the books on the right's list of ones they want to ban from schools and it was like... A kid's book involving a few pictures of people in it who MIGHT be gay...wasn't even clear if they were or weren't. There was no sex, violence, or anything even remotely sexual. I mean... Overtly sexual, pornographic stuff i understand the problematic nature if it's in a library intended for kids. But 2 men portrayed as taking care of a baby.... I don't get it. (Unless you are literally homophobic.)
Also in your comment I think you mean "proof"...not "prove".
