Do Seventh Day Adventists, Jehovah's Witnesses, & Mormons put a curse on their followers? [4 of 4] To take on the law or group rules, as Seventh Day Adventists, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and other cults make their people do, puts a horrible curse on those followers. But that's what sda is up to with their false works-based gospel, which is nothing new and just a repackaging of the same old heresy from way back at the beginning of the Church. SDA is not helping anyone and is instead putting people under a curse. That's what the Scripture says. You know, we can't even keep the first commandment. How many of us have loved the Lord our God with all your heart, mind, and strength every single day, perfectly? Don't say you have, or you'll also be guilty of violating the ninth commandment against lying. I'm just trying to help you. But my point is that we can't even make it past one requirement to achieve our own salvation without Jesus. It ain't gonna happen. We need Christ. It's the same with the Mormons. It's just another works-based cult. Cults are always works based! They start by getting their source of authority wrong and then all their other doctrine tumbles downhill from there. Ultimately, they get the wrong way to heaven because they don't trust in the free work of Christ alone that can't be used to control others. | image tagged in mormon, jehovah's witness, adventist, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

ARE HINDUISM AND "WORD OF FAITH" THE SAME? Yes!
Hindu gurus sell the idea that their
devotees can
have perfect health
and perfect wealth by
donating the appropriate
amount of their cash to
buy the right trinket
from the guru,
learn their techniques,
and then "use the force
of their words" to make
whatever they’d
like happen. That is exactly the same teaching as the high wealth and perfect health message pushed in our Western society by the Word of Faith guys and gals. How rich are Hindu gurus in such a low average income country? Well, Sathya Sai Baba, was estimated to be worth 40,000 crore. Hey, doesn’t "crore" sound like manly money? It’s like, “Roar!” money. Anyway, he was worth about $6.7 billion in 2011. And these gurus are ripping off India’s dirt poor, some of which are literally starving to death. Yet those poor people are led to believe, by Hindu gurus, that giving the guru cash will pull them out of their situation. That sounds just like the Word of Faith preachers in the American Church, who ask for your cash on late-night television with promises of God’s financial blessing in return. You can find out all about them, in great detail, with our huge study, "Charismatic Chaos." The Word of Faith people are modern-day gurus
conducting their fundraising business inside the Christian Church. | image tagged in hindu, guru, god, bible, christian, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE’RE ALL IN A SPIRITUAL WAR AGANST SATAN AND HIS HENCHMEN DEMONS? I had a professor in Bible college who made a great point about Satan. This has nothing to do with more easily deceiving those less intelligent, but my professor said the devil doesn't even have to be intelligent to dupe a lot of us. The Greek word for demon means, "intelligent ones," but on top of Satan's intelligence, he also has 6000 years of watching us tick. From that he’s learned every possible shortfall we have so he knows how to tap into our weaknesses. He doesn't even need to be smart since he's able to repackage the same simple lies for each new generation that hasn't learned those lessons yet; and who won’t study their history. People fall for the same lies over and over. Your defense is waiting for you there in the wisdom of your Bible. Do you want to be wise? Study your Bible. | image tagged in god, bible, demon, satan, jesus, lies | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Should we judge others? Of course; just as we judge when to cross a busy road. In fact, Jesus ORDERS us to judge. Read Matthew 7, John 7, and especially 1 Corinthians 6. Today’s secular society, along with some in the Church, use “Relativism” (all truth is relative so no one’s truth is absolute), or as it called today: “Tolerance." The NEW definition of tolerance says we need to praise and celebrate everyone's beliefs and lifestyles. This effectively stops us from judging anyone for anything. Advocates site Matthew 7:1: “Judge not, that you be not judged.” Yet, taken alone, this is out of context. We need to read on in Matthew 7. The full text tells us to get rid of our hypocrisy first and then help out our brother who is wrong: “...then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brothers eye.” So saying we should not judge is completely twisting Scripture. And Jesus clearly orders us to judge in John 7: “Stop judging by mere appearances and MAKE A RIGHT JUDGMENT.” [Emphasis added.] He clearly tells us to make a judgment. But when we do so, we are to do it right; don't be a hypocrite about it. The Bible's definition of tolerance is this: “Love the sinner but hate the sin.” And 1 Corinthians 6 is the nail in the coffin for relativism with its new definition of tolerance, which tells us not judge anyone for anything. The Apostle Paul said this: "If any of you has a dispute with another, do not take it before the ungodly for JUDGEMENT; instead of before the Lord's people. Do you not know that the saints will JUDGE the world and if you are to JUDGE the world, are you not competent to JUDGE trivial cases? Do you not know that we will JUDGE the angels? How much more, things of this life? Therefore if you have disputes about such matters, appoint as JUDGES even men of little account.” [Emphasis added.] Even in secular society we have laws, courts, law enforcement, settlements, jail, and prison. For someone to tell you we should not judge anything or
anyone is as ridiculous as you've probably thought it is. | image tagged in god, bible, jesus, judge, christian, salvation | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
