THEY CAN STILL MAKE AN ACCOUNT USING THE SAME EMAIL, BUT IF A MOD DEACTIVATED THE ACCOUNT ON THAT EMAIL BEFORE THEY CAN NOT COMMENT. THIS REQUIRES THEM TO MAKE THEIR OWN EMAIL, WHICH I ASSUME MOST 8 YEAR OLDS DON’T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE HOW. THEN AGAIN, IF THEY HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT, THEN THEY HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE AN EMAIL.
