(Forward-thinking Rules for Explosively Engineered Devices and Orders of Materials) bill. Provisions:
Restrictions on firework and firecrackers will be lifted except for essential safety guidelines.

A curfew will be introduced to forbid the detonation of fireworks and firecrackers from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM so jackasses can’t wake up people in the middle of the night.
