Provisions: Restrictions on firework and firecrackers will be lifted except for essential safety guidelines. A curfew will be introduced to forbid the detonation of fireworks and firecrackers from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM so jackasses can’t wake up people in the middle of the night. Taxes on fireworks will be lowered. Don't bother voting on this bill, Congress. The FBI will not sign it if it doesn't allow us to set off improvised explosive devices until at least 12:30 am. What about New Year's Eve? I have a case of Roman Candles I got in Kazakhstan and you better believe they're going boom.
