I actually work at a bilingual department handling claims for Spanish callers. I think people that come to this country should make the efforts to adopt the English language and culture of the country. But I have met people from those countries that don't even know how to read and write so for them learning English language is an unreasonable expectation. Also this is a small nunber, the majority are just lazy filled with blind pride.
