Why are people have fits over Trump renaming stuff. Dems rename everything that offends them and that is a whole lot of names.

I was happy when Trump did that. The base that my dad was stationed at, which was right next to the city I was born in was one of the bases that got renamed. When I looked into the history of the general it was renamed for, I felt better about the rename. But I am glad Trump renamed it.

Trump is just renaming stuff because it makes sense. The Gulf of America touches North, Central and South America. Mexico is just one of the nations that it touches. It makes more sense to name it after the continent. Lake America just makes sense because it pisses off leftists in Canada and the United States. But then Trump just existing pisses the left off. That's why they keep trying to kill him.

I agree. I wouldn't have cared if it was still the Gulf of Mexico or Lake Ontario. He might have done it to trigger leftists but all he has to do to trigger leftists is wake up in the morning. Gulf of America is a good rename because it touches North, Central and South America. Trump renamed it back. I seriously doubt the Athabascan people were upset. Plus there is no law against calling it Deenaalee or Denali now. You could called Humunukunukuapoa'a if you want. BTW humunukunukuapoa'a is a Hawaiian word for the Hawaii State Fish. It is also called the Reef Triggerfish. I just like saying humunukunukuapoa'a.
