The Kingdom of Israel was conquered by the Assyrians in 722 BC. The 10 tribes that lived in it were dispersed, and since then their identities have disappeared. They no longer exist as an identifiable people.
Fun fact, in what is called Israel today, AKA Neu Judea, quite a few of those Palestinians are actually the descendants of Jews who had stayed in the area over the past 2000 years. Not only that, they have more Jewish DNA than the European counterparts do, which, at most are 30% Jewish, the rest Eastern European, Turkish, you name it.
