And the irony is that if politicians from both parties, but especially democrats, hadn’t put us on a course of reckless, out of control spending, there probably would be enough money to pay for these pie in the sky socialist policies. But even more so than with legacy democrat politicians, the socialists who have taken over their party seem even more intent on spending money that we don’t have and driving away the high earners who are already paying the majority of the taxes. This certainly applies at the state level. Just ask New York or Washington state.
They’re just not smart enough to realize that what they want, no matter what they call it in order to deceive the people into voting for it, inevitablyleads to the government going broke and the people they claim to want to help, suffer because of that.
It’s always been true that their policies lead to the exact opposite of what they claim to want. Why is that? To anyone who knows history, the answer to that is obvious.
