your cousin will not find happiness in money. Hes probably like 6 tho so by the time he's old enough to process critical thought he probably won't think the same way

This would work in theory but there would always be people who will try to withdraw billions or trillions of dollars, which leaves us with two options which are to either just let that happen or let the government put a cap on how much money can be withdrawn which could create problems for people or become a huge authoritarian overreach
