They have no place left to escape to. Europe is not going to take them back, the rest of the Middle East sure doesn't like them, and ironically the only place they had left to go to which had rescued them from extinction 2600 years ago they just started a war in for absolutely no reason, so doubtful they're going to be given the red carpet treatment there.

Combine that with declining birth rates, and, well, you do the math. Israel just did to itself what Hitler couldn't do in his wettest dreams,,,
