I call it like I see it, the same folks that demanded cashless bail wanted to defund police. They also used the two tier just us system to protect their own criminals, antifa, bamn etc.

you think a government snatching people off the streets, imprisoning them, and then shipping them out of the country without any evidence or proof is a good idea?

As long as they are criminals and all illegals are criminals, I don't care where or how they catch them or punish them for that matter.

But you need to care. Because if the government can point at anyone and say, "they're here illegally and they are dangerous" without providing any evidence at a hearing is not only directly against the founding of this nation but super dangerous.

Because there's not going to be anyone to stop them from doing it to you.

So strange when your side was arresting people for going to Church, opening businesses and swimming on empty beaches you didn't care about abuse of power. BTW, arresting criminals is not abuse, it is hard work and protects everyone.

If you don't have a problem with undocumented immigrants being locked up without due process, why do you care about someone violating a local or state ordanance about mass gatherings during a pandemic?

And were these people snatched off the street without evidence they'd committed a crime?
0 ups, <1h
If they are illegal, they committed a crime. If you carried even a little bit about their victims, you would call a tip line and report their location. You can't have it both ways, you either care about this country and its citizens, or you care about dangerous illegal criminals. If you pick the murderers, rapists and bangers you do not get to pretend you are a good person.

No. If you're not a US citizen you DON'T have the rights of a US Citizen. You have certain human rights but not legal citizenship related rights.

But how would we find out if they are immigrants or not?

These illegals purposely ignored the due process of immigration by not going through process that LEGAL IMMIGRANTS do,

Classification of Immigration Offenses
Criminal vs. Civil Offenses

Entering the Country Illegally: Classified as a misdemeanor under 8 U.S.C. § 1325. This law makes it a crime to unlawfully enter the United States without proper inspection.

Living in the U.S. Without Legal Authorization: Considered a civil offense. This means that individuals can face removal (deportation) proceedings but cannot be charged with a criminal offense solely for being present without authorization.

Key Points

First Offense for Illegal Entry: Punishable by a fine, imprisonment for up to six months, or both.

Subsequent Offenses: May lead to harsher penalties, including longer imprisonment.

Civil Violations: While unauthorized presence is a civil matter, it can lead to deportation without criminal charges.

Understanding these distinctions is crucial for grasping the legal framework surrounding immigration in the United States.

The word "illegal," implies a CRIMINAL offense. Civil offenses are petty arguments between Karens and kids playing their music too loud.
