Last time I checked medical Marijuana was. It can be given to people with depression and anxiety, pretty much that's 100% of the California population. So yeah, it is legal as anyone can claim anxiety or depression.

I don't feel sorry for them. They voted for this. Even when their governor let them burn and refused to let them rebuild, they stayed loyal to him. Letting California collapse around them is just karma showing them who is boss.
