The law was broken the moment he stepped outside while concealed carrying a weapon with no ID and no carry permit, as required by law. This clearly shows the intent to further break laws. He wanted trouble and he found it.
He brought his own permit gun to the demonstration. He was armed.
Law requires as a permit holder you cannot attend demonstrations with your gun...he had no business bringing it. But Libs just can't leave law enforcement alone.
Same reaction when cops pull over a speeding driver who has a gun in the car: they will go on defense.
