When does protesting become aiding and abetting a criminal?

When it actively obstructs or interferes with arrests or surveillance.

Protest doesn’t interfere, that’s why it’s the first constitutional right before any actual laws

Lawful protest is protected. Blocking roads highways or travel is not peaceful
Protest. Throwing rocks, frozen bottles of water and fireworks are not peaceful. Blowing whistles to alert criminals of police is obstruction.

No, if it obstructs federal officers in performance of their duties it’s a violation of federal law.

The funny thing is not even our leftists can deny this since EVERTHING they do in regards to policies and support for those policies reward the criminal classes of this nation at the expense of honest and decent people.
