I actually agree with this and think that gender reassignment surgery should only be done with a person that can consent as an ADULT because as a child they aren't able to fully understand things like their gender and GRS can possibly cause a feeling of regret later on in life but I do think small things like taking estrogen or testosterone is okay because that can be reversible

There's a video of someone interviewing different leftists, the first question was "Should children be able to get tattoos?" And to that, all of the ones shown in the video said "no." But when asked if they should be able to get puberty blockers, gender reassignment, etc. ALL of them said yes (Note that their argument for no children getting tattoos was "not enough brain development," but when asked the second question, they said "yeah, I think they can make that decision on their own.").

Taking estrogen or testosterone during puberty isn't reversible. Look into opposite gender gene expression.
