A stimulus package is an open acknowledgement that tax deductions improve the economy because its simply giving people a percentage of money they previously paid to the government.

Ironically Liberals tend to support this, so apparently they like tax cuts, just not the phrase 'tax cut'

Their litmus test for anything, as you know, joe, is "Does Trump support it?" If he does, they're against it.

Stimulus packages fool people into thinking the guvment is giving back it's excess funds. If we want to save the guvment money we need to cut all sorts of waste. The real way to save the government money would be nothing, zilch for an illegal, to include emergency care. Now we all know that will never happen so the next best way to save money and provide a stimulus to those in need is place work requirements, time limits on benefits, and a reward program for turning in cheats. The elderly, disabled and others not able to meet the stimulus requirements can be moved under a different program that provides lifetime care. Trying to find one size fits all solutions has always failed.
