Except that nobody to the Right of Center is claiming that having a brown skin tone makes a person an illegal. If it were otherwise then the current head of the FBI -- Kash Patel -- would not be the current head of the FBI.

Being Hispanic doesn't make you illegal, illegally entering the country without going through with the correct process does.

And thats why we need due process for people suspected of illegally entering the country, y'know, to make sure they're actually illegal.

Never said that. If Hispanics come to the US through legal means then great. Welcome aboard. However if a Hispanic comes to the US illegally then out they go.
