🚨 MASSIVE NEWS: Congressman Randy Fine (R-FL) is filing legislation to TARGET any judge who releases violent criminals who go on to commit more crime - after the murder of Iryna Zarutska in Charlotte.

"Those 12+ judges that released Decarlos Brown Jr. should have their day in court too."

LONG OVERDUE.

"It’s easy to release criminals when you’re protected by an armed bailiff at all times. The rest of us aren’t so lucky."

This should pass with FLYING COLORS. But we all know how Democrats will vote.

Can we apply that retroactively to Mike Huckabee who released a man from prison who went on to murder four cops in Washington state?

I thought that was an easy enough question to answer

You're comparing apples to carburetors. Old lib trick. Try ancient shit elsewhere.

Not the same thing. Police are armed. This kid didn't stand a chance against a career criminal who's own family feared him.

So killing four policeman isn't as bad as killing one woman on a train?

Like I said - take your old lib bullshit elsewhere. Not comparing apples to carburetors on my thread.

Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles:

“We will never arrest our way out of issues such as homelessness and mental health,”

IF THE PRICK WAS IN JAIL, HE NEVER COULD'VE BOARDED THE TRAIN !

Because of a broken justice system

Liberals broke it.

They broke the mental Healthcare system too. Carter said he was mainstreaming the mentally ill. He cut funding for asylums. Soon we had a homeless problem and a spree shooting crisis.

Any homeless person or drug addict who commits an act of violence is a danger to society, and needs to be held in treatment until they are deemed to be no longer a threat to public safety,

It was Regan who cut funding for asylums, not carter

It was the dem majority legislative branch that did that. . .a president doesn't control the purse strings, the legislative branch does.

There were a few court cases in the 1970s that were instrumental in changing how people were civilly committed to mental institutions. These changes made it more difficult to put people in mental institutions. Apparently things have gotten out of hand lately. People who are dangerous to society are not being committed to mental institutions for treatment.

Most of the mental institutions that existed when Carter were president are closed now. Most states didn't have funding to keep em up. You can see em every week on the ghost hunting TV shows on the Travel Channel. They've been closed for decades.
This country has a huge mental health crisis created by Jimmy Carter and the Demorhhoids. They defended public mental health and pocketed the funds. Nobody got a tax cut when Carter cut those funds.
Ask anyone older than 60.
All we got were spree shooters and a homeless crisis. Obviously Demorhhoid politicians aren't gonna fund mental health. If they did their delusional voters might be treated and learn not to vote for crooked parasites. Or get locked in a loonie bin on election day.

No. It was Carter. He said it would be "mainstreaming the mentally ill." I watched it on tv. You're repeating BS from a shitty SyFy network TV show. Not reality.

Another completely wrong inference from an ignorant liberal.

According to the latest estimates, North Carolina has about 8 million citizen-voting-age residents, and as of Sept. 28th, 2024, 7.6 million registered voters. Their partisan affiliation was roughly split between three groups: unaffiliated, Democrat, and Republican, with a slight lead to unaffiliated. Specifically:

2,886,573 or 38% were registered unaffiliated;
2,413,469 or 32% were registered Democrat;
2,285,377 or 30% were registered Republican; and
72,300 or 0.94% were registered to another party.

North Carolina has been led by a Democratic governor for 24 of the last 28 years. For 12 of those years, the state government operated as a Democratic trifecta, meaning the party had control of the executive branch and both chambers of the state legislature.
