I think it's easier to have a career/ full-time job than to be a home-maker/stay-at-home mom especially with multiple children. Kids are there 24-7. Jobs you can put as much into it as you want.

In reality 5 hours is cleaning the entire house, cooking 3 square meals, and taking care of the kids. She still has 3 hours to catch up to the average work week.
