What you have said is anti-American and directly against the Constitution. If you don't like it- leave. No one is stopping you.

Read it again buddy:
Fifth Amendment: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or PUBLIC DANGER; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
I uppercased the important part.

It is unconstitutional to revoke someone's right of a due process in the US.

Already settled law. the USSC disagrees with you and has for a long time.

Oh? Show me that "settled law".

Because the most recent Supreme Court order (https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24a949_lkhn.pdf ) says that immigrants are entitled to due process as laid out in the Constitution.

Take a note of the case referenced: Reno v. Flores, 507 U. S. 292, 306 (1993).

What's the significance? It found that undocumented minors as well as undocumented adults have the right to due process.

WAs it a court order for deportation? Are you sure? Maybe you should go look it up to see what that ordered contained.

2019... You need to look it up... btw... situations change over time, so maybe you should look into whether there was any threat to have him returned now...

Nope.

Good to know that if an enemy nation invades us and is on American soil they have the same rights as citizens…uh wait, no they don’t.

You know exactly which ones. We covered this before.

No amendment says “anyone” found on our soil has the same rights as American citizens and it’s preposterous to say so. Foreign enemies and invaders do not get the same protections as citizens.

14th Amendment, Section 1 does exactly that.

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/amendment-14/#14_S1

Here's the exact part:

nor shall any State deprive ANY PERSON of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to ANY PERSON within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

You are wrong. What you are saying is anti-American and directly against the Constitution.
0 ups, 1mo
No, you are wrong. People, even citizens, who are criminals can specifically be denied life, liberty and property. It happens every day in every state. If you are in the country illegally you are a criminal according to the law.
Summary removal is due process. Those who are criminals without a legal right don’t get to gum up the courts with state paid lawyers and socialist apologists.

They got their due process when they were identified as illegal.. Process over at that point.

exactly, the left seems to forget that the illegals have been processed and are known by the FBI and ICE already. Many many illegals forfeit their right ot due process by not going to their court dates-

Not all of them, not even most.

The problem is that the issue got so big under democrats that a broad stroke solution has to be adopted, then if someone gets wrapped up that is actually legal, then they can bring the issue to a court, but there is no way that we can go through 20 million illegals one by one. Some times you have to stop the bleeding before you can assess the wound.

I looked up 20 million the other day, I mostly saw 12, or 11.7.

Regardless, same thing I said, that would be one heck of a backlog to get through.

They need to change the law so that the only process required is to show a proof of citizenship and then get deported when there is none. Nobody needs to go through a trial to ruffle through their wallet.

Yea, the numbers of exactly how many range wildly from high to low, it is impossible to know because no one has the data, If you think about people being in the country illegals for over 20 years - 15 -18 million is not that hard a stretch of the imagination - but I love the idea of streamlinging the system , show proof of citizenship or get out , why does that have to include a 2 or 3 year court debacle.
1 up, 1mo
I've been hearing 10 million for decades, maybe since Reagan. I've always wondered, if they keep coming in, why isn't the number going up? It's not like they're all becoming naturalized after a certain point.
