Hopefully, the Democrat lawmakers understand the laws and would already realize that Kilmar Garcia is not allowed to come back to the U.S. and that why they're staging this entire drama, knowing this, just to virtue signal that they care for more about illegal immigrants than U.S. citizens.

Nah. It's a criminal issue. It's handled by administrative branches... But it's a Federal Crime. Depending on how you look at it, it's potentially even an act of aggression that could warrant a response from the military.

It SHOULD be the responsibility of our military to secure our border, with Border Patrol agents being a branch of the military. Then - all this due process is a moot point because it's about our military keeping our border secure and not bureaucrats.

illegals that are processed by border patrol a registered , they are listed in the FBI data base, many have court dates that they refuse to go to, thus forfeiting thier own due process.

well according to the data, most do not go to their court dates, That is probably the fault of the officers not telling them how dire the consequences would be if they do not show, meaning not showing is guaranteed deportation.

Illegal Migrants require resources to continue living. When you import 11 million illegal migrants - now there needs to be 11 million more "fill in the blank" things to sustain the population in that nation.

Supply and Demand. Demand has increased supply is the same or in some cases less due to factors that keep certain items from being at peak levels of output (like how eggs went up bc bird flu got chickens killed).

When the demand is higher and the supply is the same or less, the prices of those things increase. So illegal migrants being mass imported have helped the increase in the costs of goods, which takes money out of the pocket of Legal Migrants that went through proper citizenship processes or are here appropriately due to studies or work visas.

That's theft in a form through using up resources that you're not supposed to even be having access to. Then there is actual theft that happens with various illegal migrants. They get here, they can't get work - they need food & money, so what do they do? In some cases they were lucky and were handed housing and debit cards (that they should have had no access to). Others though - would steal what they needed to survive. Which I can understand why they would - but now those particular illegal migrants broke laws to come in and break more laws.

It's not at odds with the Constitution LMAO. The 14th Amendment clearly states U.S. Citizen in its information, and uses a semicolon after identifying who it applies to - to offer additonal information on what is provided to who.

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Section 2.

It's obvious this was an Amendment to further define The 5th Amendment, where no such identification of "U.S. Citizen" was provided... But that those writing it up failed to continue to use the specific phrase "U.S. Citizen".

Which is why - we need a new amendment that clearly states U.S. Citizens and those seeking Citizenship that are involved in the Citizenship Processes. It's not my fault people hundreds of years ago weren't thinking of illegal migrant invasions when making an article.

It doesn't say "any citizen". It says ANY PERSON. The SCOTUS in it's 9-0 ruling in the Garcia case affirmed this. Any person subject to the jurisdiction of the United States has the right to due process.

That's why we have Amendments to the Constitution. Sometimes its because the circumstances of society have changed. Other times it's because of poor wording originally used. Other times it's because there were things just right out forgotten that made sense to add...

See - it's my thinking that the wording was written poorly, because nobody thought it would ever be presented to be used to protect a criminal illegal migrant.

Ergo - we need to modify or Amend the Constitution such that those articles only apply to people who are citizens or are involved in work or education visas and those involved in pathways to citizenship.

Okay, so let's say that for some reason an amendment passes that says the government doesn't need to follow any of the Due Process for anyone that is an undocumented immigrant. For the undocumented it suspends the following: 1) informing you of the actions they're going to take against you (the charges), 2) giving you the opportunity to respond to those accusations 3) access to an impartial judge 4) a lawyer 5) a written record of the proceedings for future review 4) Evidence 5) written transcript of the trial for future reference and 6) the right to appeal.

Those 6 things are "due process". For any illegal immigrant they don't need to follow any of that. It's just for citizens now. Anyone who is an illegal immigrant is deported that day. (no need to provide living facilities or even a jail if there's no due process).

So, the leader of the opposition party gets elected. Then one day at your place of work ICE agents show up and point a finger at you and say, "that's an illegal immigrant." They slap some cuffs on you, throw you in the back of a van. And it's already full of other guys. Guys you know. Some personally, some by name, and others by reputation. But you know they're citizens just like you. And also members of the same party as you- the one in opposition to the current leadership of the country.

Then in a few hours you're on a plane. Then you land in another country, you don't know where you are because you don't speak the language. Then they throw you in a prison.

The whole time you and all the people with you kept insisting that this was wrong and all of you were citizens of the United States. They just laughed and shouted at you to "shut up, immigrant!"

And if you're thinking, "they can't do that, I'm a citizen!" what's to stop them? You suspended due process. They don't need to provide any evidence. or written charges. a trial. a lawyer. a written record of what happened. or anything.

they just need to point a finger and throw you in the back of a van. There's no record of what happened to you so your family can't do shit. They won't know who took you, where they took you, or what happened. You're in prison in a country whose language you don't speak. So... good luck.

THAT'S why it's important that 1) everyone is innocent until proven guilty and 2) the government MUST go through a reliable, documented process. A due process.
