That you find the insistence that the government follow the rules laid out in the Constitution as "disgusting" is 1) authoritarian, and 2) anti-American.

Both of which are on-brand for you. So... good job, I guess?

As if you cared about the constitution after denigrating it and the founding fathers of this country for years. You have been wrong so many times no one believes your take on wha tit says. Illegal criminals can be deported with less due process. Bye 👋

4 ups, 1w,

First off, you have no business talking to me about what's constitutional and what's not when the political party you align yourself with is against the 1st and 2nd amendment. You believe in restricting gun rights and ignore the silencing of free speech when it doesn't fit your narrative. So excuse me if I yawn.

Secondly, there is nothing in the Constitution that protects illegal invaders from being deported. Especially, illegal invaders who commit serious crimes, of which this trash human has been accused of, which includes domestic abuse and violent gang affiliation.
4 ups, 1w,
1 reply
yes, I do get to talk to you that way. You made this post. You left comments enabled.

And yes, the Constitution does protect everyone. Even "illegal invaders." You may recall a phrase "innocent until proven guilty."

If not, that's the foundation of the American legal system. In case you're not familiar with it; it's where the government has to prove you broke the law. Like murder or whatever. Or even that you're within the US illegally. They have to prove it. The process begins with assuming that you are innocent, and the government has to show evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that you're actually guilty.

And this applies to everyone. Not just citizens. It even says so in the Constitution. The 5th Amendment. You seem to remember Amendments 1 & 2. You should skip a few down and spend some time on 5.

So, you doubling down on deporting people without due process is doubling down on being Anti-American and an authoritarian.
5 ups, 1w,

No, your hypocritical ass has no business talking to me about the Constitution. He broke the law by coming here illegally. Then he broke the law by beating his woman. Then he broke the law by joining a violent gang.

You can pimp all you want for that piece of trash. Doesn't surprise me. It's what you people do.

And yes, he is guilty. It's public knowledge at this point. Now go key a Tesla or something.
4 ups, 1w,

Hypocrisy would be cheering on the government while it kicked in your door and snatched up your guns.

He broke the law? How do you know that? What conviction? What court transcripts can we read through? Where's the evidence the state had to present?

Because all that becomes public domain when there's a trial.

Where is it? Show me. If it's public knowledge, it should be easy to find.

Show me.

Or keep on keeping on with your anti-American authoritarianism. (which is what I'll bet you'll do because conservatives can never ever admit when they're wrong).

Where were all the trials for the 4.4 million Biden sent back? Due process only when it's in your narrative...that right?
"The Biden administration took office amid heightened debate in some circles over the merits and tactics of deportations, yet it is on track to carry out as many removals and returns as the Trump administration did. The 1.1 million deportations since the beginning of fiscal year (FY) 2021 through February 2024 (the most recent data available) are on pace to match the 1.5 million deportations carried out during the four years President Donald Trump was in office. These deportations are in addition to the 3 million expulsions of migrants crossing the border irregularly that occurred under the pandemic-era Title 42 order between March 2020 and May 2023—the vast majority of which occurred under the Biden administration. Combining deportations with expulsions and other actions to block migrants without permission to enter the United States, the Biden administration’s nearly 4.4 million repatriations are already more than any single presidential term since the George W. Bush administration (5 million in its second term)."

the argument is one of constitutionality not of deportation numbers.

Biden's deportees were people apprehended and released back into Mexico. Ice was doing desk work under Biden. The number doesn't account for the millions that came across and weren't deported which was a net gain of approximately 11 million extras in the country. The reason deportee numbers today aren't that high is due to the fact that a record low amount of people are coming across. Add the current deportees to that small number and you have a net loss of "Maryland men" in the country. But, if the left is going to brag about how many they "deported", using that flawed system of counting, then the current admin needs to point that out and tell them to shut the f**k up. Using their system makes the Don look like the most humane president in the last 50 years...but alas, one system for them and another for the opposition is how politics works.

Only you replied to my comment. Not my fault you still don't know how to navigate this site. And, as usual, facts and typical common sense are lacking with you. I point out the leftist hypocrisy and you grab what you need to make a half-baked argument to the contrary. If Biden actually rounded up people in the country to send them off and there was no outrage on the left, then they have no business being outraged now when the numbers, according to their own system of counting, are exponentially lower under Trump.

If you have no idea what your own post says, that's on you.

I'm fully aware of my post. It's you that cherry picked the obvious out of it. The original complaint is that there is no due process for the non-citizens being deported. The post points out the there was no "due process" under Biden either...with an astounding higher number of deportees. You ignore that, cause, your brain stopped working full capacity years ago. Probably could have been mitigated, but you kept eating the lead long after people said to stop. Habits, I guess. But at least you figured out how to reply to the right person, so that's pretty good for a Tuesday. Homework assignment is to improve your reading comprehension by, 1st) reading the whole comment, 2nd) reading it again without your bias this time and 3rd) recognizing that the author is trying to make his point, not yours, so 3rd) read the damn thing again until you begin to understand. And, if all that fails, eat some more paint and go back to playing Roblox.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/01/trump-executive-order-dictatorship.

"...Trump’s 69th executive order of his second presidency, under the deceptive title of “Ensuring accountability for all agencies”, has been denounced as a “bald power grab” that advances a political doctrine intended to make a dictator of the president.
The order, wedged between the signing of a directive to end Covid vaccine mandates in schools and another expanding access to in vitro fertilisation, also contains a single paragraph that permits the president to decide the law and who should obey it. Frank Bowman, a law professor and former federal prosecutor who authored High Crimes and Misdemeanors: A History of Impeachment for the Age of Trump, described the executive order as “breathtaking”.
“The essence of it is that Donald Trump is trying, quite consciously, to make himself an elected dictator,” he said.
“It has big implications. The order basically says, ‘The law is determined by my will, period, and anyone who disagrees either has to fall in line or, by implication, we can fire you because you’re not permitted to express opinions about the law contrary to mine.’ So welcome to either monarchy or dictatorship.” - The Guardian.

I strongly implore you to read the article fully or at least the portion I pasted here.

ok. I was wrong about him not being an abuser. HOWEVER his wife has gone on record to say that they went to counseling and he stopped. also she never showed up to court so no protection order was placed, the incident was resolved privately.

She also claimed that he actually never did beat her upside the head with a bat and leave a cut above her eye and all the rest of it. She said that she had previously been in an abusive relationship and simply anticipated that Kilmar was going to do the same because, well, he's a guy. So she made it up. So she's basically saying that she lies. That's the only honest thing she's said.

The fact that she reported the abuse in the first place is actually rather surprising, because people in those kinds of relationships rarely do. And they have a tendency to drop charges afterwards, and say all that never happened is now resolved even though it never happened. It's like a script that they're all handed in their "Want to be in an abusive relationship?" starter pack.

You should have seen the two massive chunks I lopped off of my comment.

Correct yourself? Look at the comment two below. You're contradicting that user and asking for proof of something that you already cited the proof of. Not that I've looked because I don't do links and basically you're just citing proof of what I said as if I somehow that needed backup.

Did you know that Kilmar is not the only one that was deported without reason? One of them is a trans beautician whose name I don't know because nobody's saying it. There was another one that I forgot what the deal was with him. This was in some news story where they cited other people that were similarly deported for no reason along with the criminals even though they were not criminals.

Do you know why you don't hear about these people? Because they're not as cute as this guy with the charming twinkle in his eye. This one fella is getting all the attention, and whether he did or didn't do what he did maybe kind of almost didn't but sort of did because his wife accused him of something and someone else is accused of something and maybe he is and maybe he ain't - well while we're busy playing ping pong over that nonsense, real genuine innocent people with no restraining orders on them with the photos of bloody heads to go along with it are jammed in an El Salvador prison full of criminals who, ugh, never mind.

Did Kilmar's head look that shaven to you and he met with the senator? I mean, maybe they gave him some nice clothes and his hat back to wear for the interview and put them in a nice posh resort hotel for the meeting, but did they glue a goatee back on him too? Does this guy actually even exist or is it just a psyops distraction while we just don't pay attention to legit cases of people illegitimately sent to one of the worst prisons on Earth, if not the worst?

But we got to shed tears over this week's Luigi, so that's what counts.

0 ups, 3d,

I wouldn't be too sure about that.

Those being sent there without having their day in court are being sent there without having their day in court, therefore we do not know if they're guilty or innocent of what they've been accused of.

Now this is could fall under opinion, but from the looks of it, most of those guys have worked a little too hard on the gang image for it to be so easily disregarded. Part of Kilmer's own wife's argument is that he's not covered in tattoos as they are, so therefore he can't be one of them.

If Kilmar is speaking for any of them, I haven't heard of it. And the media isn't either. He's just this week's Luigi. That's all, too cute to convict. If he was just a regular bus boy from any random restaurant with a not-so-disarmingly-charming smile, we would not be hearing about him, period. And while other names may pop up, I assure you we're not going to go through all of them with a fine toothed comb looking for the truly innocent that had slipped through.

I don't mean to sound like I'm attacking you, I kind of tend to sound a big gruff at times.
