Throw in the 60's hippies who used to push this zero population crap. They pushed it so much that most married couples now only have 2 kids. It got engrained into the culture.
And it all started with Karl Marx who wanted the population of the earth decreased by about 80%. He never had any kind of political power to do anything like that. He was just some idiot loser who never worked a day in his life. But with Marx, he probably wanted all of the inferiors to go first because he was a big old racist, just like the Democrat party.
