There is no way that given all the Democrats, Rinos, and Never Trumpers seeing this as the most vital, most important election in modern history, that 15 million or even 7 million people chose to sit out the 2024 Election. Remember, they all said President Trump was a grave threat to Democracy.

Plenty of people are too burnt out to give a damn anymore. Plenty likely didn’t vote for other reasons, like reacting to the bomb threats sent to Pennsylvania polling places. Plenty didn’t vote because they foolishly thought their vote wouldn’t make a difference or that Trump had no real chance this time. And yes, plenty of people think Biden and Harris are awful. Put all of those together and it probably could’ve been far more than 15 million.

There is no way. Most Democrats live their politics like they are in a Cult. Their programmed hated of President Trump is S-Tier level. This election was life or death for them. There is no way they decided to just give up and hand over the presidency to Trump. That just does not make logical sense. They spent over 5 years saying that Donald Trump was a threat to Democracy. The idols they follow basically ordered them to vote because of how important it is to do so. An asteroid about to hit the planet wouldn't keep them from the polls.

Plenty of “anyone but Trump” people likely didn’t vote either because they foolishly figured Trump had no chance or Biden’s term got them seeing all options as equally bad. Plenty of people are sick of politics in general and want nothing to do with the whole process, regardless of what happens.
