Aye, it was hope when Kamala entered the race, but, alas, it proved to be too late.
That's all they do anyways, only now it's more focused on the winning.
So what, let them have their moment. All they do is complain, at least something for them to distract from that for once, although even when gloating, it's still imbued with complaining. So basically same old same old.
Thing is, a handful suddenly went MIA, and while who cares what others think, it still looks bad. A certain memer kept saying for months that the day after the election a gazillion Russian bots were going to disappear. But instead, he went gone. Another announced they were leaving the site, and yet another totally deleted their account.
Sure, granted, my illustrious input has been world shaking, but things still continue as they do. So whether on the ultra rare occasion they almost go my way, or they simply don't as usual, I prefer to go on and do what I've been doing and have fun with it that way.
The thing about gloating is that it's like a big bloated balloon that's highly sensitive to the smallest pinprick. We're not going to change anything, but we're going to let them know we're still here, and that counts a heckuva lot more than some dunderheads on top making false promises that they're never going to keep anyways.
E pluribus unum is highly dependent on the pluribus. Unum tends to get rapidly boring rather fast. And I don't mind being a burr in the perineum of that errant swinging ball sack.
Like me ol' Grandpappy Modda used to say, it don't matter whether you win or lose the game, as long as you go out in style.
When you look out over an ocean, what do you notice, every single molecule of water, or that big rubber ducky floating way over there.
Make a big noise.
