If 2.9 million students don't have to make any payments and wont be charged interest until they are in a position where they are making more money, it sounds like a win to me.

A draft is inevitable at this point, no Christian, conservatives or patriots will join in high enough numbers to make a difference. Dems will wait and blame the draft on the Republicans in 2024 but the dems are the party that turned our military woke, invited our enemies to invade and convinced us there was no nation left to serve.

I was always against war growing up, yet after a conversation with someone from the neighborhood who joined and it staightened him up good - as by his own account he was headed to a life of nothing but trouble (him and his 2 brothers were not to be messed with) - I saw its appeal. I wasn't a head cruncher like them, but saw it would have a positive effect and we should all enlist for a cpl of yrs at least.

I regret not having done so, but did consider joining the ROTC to go to a certain school, as my folks wouldn't allow me to study what I wanted and I couldn't afford school and being on my own.

Democrat love the draft. They love to force people to do their will and the draft was the first tool they used to satisfy their narcissism.
