True or false?
AFDC (Aid For Dependent Childern) and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) have destroyed the black family.

During the G.W. Bush era one relatively neutral political analysist said the left wanted to enact the Cloward-Piven strategy to overwhelm the system to force an economic collapse, and then force the surviving citizens to a dystopian sort of draconian socialism and one party ruled government control.

Ironically that analysist then said that there was also an inner core contingent of GOP movers and shakers that also wanted to enact the Cloward-Piven strategy to break the social welfare system and force average people to return to a more self-sufficient mindset.

The same strategy for entirely different end-goals. Spiffy, eh? Meanwhile the average citizen is, of course, getting hammered by both warring ideologies.

The Democrats want to give away free money ("guaranteed income"). They also want to legalize pretty much anything ("recreational drugs"). So what happens when people get free money and drugs are legal? Could anything go wrong?

There's a dozen pieces of land here that could easily fit 40-50 modular properties (etc)
For the past 10 years the government has rejected its usage change, dividing up the land and in the remaining cases, building anything outside a strict traditional style that racks up regulatory costs higher than just buying a pre-existing house that was built before the regulations existed.

State won't build houses, wont let you build houses, wont let companies build houses...and the voters keep hoping the government will do something one day.. but doesn't understand they already are.
go figure.

They're also doing for housing what they've done for cars: enacting "green" legislative requirements that add to costs. They add on solar panels, electric car charging, etc. and then they ask: why isn't there more affordable housing?

Affordable housing to leftist elites = plantation. 🙁
