The judge must not want it to get out that he is trying Trump with such a weak case. And he's trying to turn a misdemeanor into a felony.

This entire trial is a political move. Democrats just do not Trump to ever run for president ever again. That is the entire premise of this case.

They failed big time with their planned (FBI instigated) riot that they immediately called an insurrection. And they failed to link Trump to their riot.

He has to raise misdemeanors to felonies because the Statute of Limitations on misdemeanors is 2 years

I haven't heard one way or the other but I suspect that is a fabricated story. It is possible but I'm not buying it. This entire kangaroo court is nothing but politics. At most Trump will get a misdemeanor charge (and that is only if he gets anything at all) even though the judge is trying to figure out a way to turn it into a felony.

The other thing Trump really needs to watch out for is the infamous perjury trap. Those should be illegal but so should using the courts for political reasons rather than legal reasons.

If the charges are reduced to misdemeanors then there's no case . The Statute of Limitations on misdemeanors is 2 years

They have no case because the charges were misdemeanors to begin with, until this judge pushed them up to a felony. This judge is not interested in justice, all he is interested in persecution.

This is modern socialism. If it was the socialism of the last century they would have lynched Trump. Now they want to persecute him.

I'm not even going to deny that he won't go to jail (for this). Which is exactly what I claimed in my second rebutal.

Which, again, was to assure YOU that Trump was going to get off Scot Free. And hopefully restore your faith in our court system... thus undoing the this so-called "courts must've been gotten by those dirty Democrats" nonsense to explain why the "Dirty Democrats must've have rigged it so Trump lost" nonsense that you people keep doubling down on the stupid instead of actually coming to YOUR senses and seeing the facts and logic that Trump is an incompetent and generally unappealing corporate thug.

I'm waiting for liberals to stop trying to GET HIM and on trumped up charges.

I'm waiting for Republicans to grow a spine and stand up against Trump.

I'm waiting for Democrats to stop pretending that Climate Restrictions won't hurt our farmers.

IMO cameras are a mixed bag. On the one hand it's nice to know what goes on if you can't be part of the peanut gallery. . .on the other hand OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson. The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial had the right idea - one or two cameras and that was it.
