There's no suggesting about it. Biden did it deliberately. Now, to be fair it was supposed to be a controlled burn, and was (we were told) the lesser of two evils. And as much as I find Biden to be a feckless waste of carbon, I doubt his motivation was to hurt people. But at the same time, it's also fair to say he had no concern for people on the ground, because we've really seen no solid evidence for concern for people on the ground from the Brandon administration.
