Just because something bad happens to a person, it doesn’t mean that the thing they’re doing to prevent it is right. In the case of the robbers, it’s sad the young men got shot to death. But we shouldn’t legalize something that hurts someone in order to protect them. Same thing. We shouldn’t continue to legalize murder because the woman will die (which they almost never do).
In that case, are you willing to outlaw all other forms of abortion? If not, you’re just using an insignificantly small case to push though your argument.
