It's sociopolitical thanks to the "fat acceptance movement". The hypocrisy (and I don't know how you keep misspelling that when the correct spelling is right there in the meme) is that the movement only applies to women, not men.

If anyone were to call ANY woman "bloated", the social media hate mob would go on a rampage and get the author of the article/post/tweet fired for being "fatphobic".
