What happened?

I don't agree with everything FDR did either, but I think he sincerely tried to improve people's lives. Liberals today just want power no matter what the cost. They don't care who gets hurt.

Too bad he screwed over Blacks and poor Whites for his attempt to happen. Notice Harlem was a very successful place before the depression. Strange it never recovered like the rest of the country.

That is BS. Do the research. He created social programs to help poor whites and blacks (not saying they worked). Look up how he forced the US army to accept black soldiers in combat roles. I don't know specifically about Harlem, but lots of places never recovered from the depression. Surely you are not blaming the Depression on FDR?

I was a moderate Democrat until crazy took over the Party. Now neither Party represents anything but its own self-interest. Power and money, to hell with the American people.
