Southern Democrats (or people who use to be, or would have been) became Trump Supporters so I totally get where you’re coming from. Because Southern Republicans voted for Biden. Like myself.

I like Biden enough to vote for him if it’s between him and Trump.

F**k Biden. He’s still a corporate Democrat. So is Trump to a degree.

One is just less unhinged. Take these classified documents for example. The convenient thing you people always leave out is that Trump thinks he can keep and declassify documents after the fact. He can do neither. Biden says some pretty wild things too but Trump is on a whole nother level. Entertaining? Sure! But it’s just more of the same. More wasteful spending.

Biden is not my ideal candidate. And while there is no such thing as a perfect person, just as there is no perfect candidate, this again is why I can vote for the Democrat despite being a registered Republican.

We can at least both agree that just being a Republican doesn’t mean that I must vote for them? If you don’t agree with that then this Uniparty or one-party system nonsense is just advocacy for just that. Republican votes only.

I cannot get behind such a thing.

Certainly we can agree on that. There are lots of "Republicans" that I absolutely would not vote for, like Ben Sasse, or Susan Collins. But you aren't really a Republican, despite whatever your party registration may be. You have many views that are very left wing, even out left-ing some Dems I have met.
