Also, please use your memory and recall that Trump and Biden said the same thing about their involvement in their respective fiascos. They both said they were cooperating fully. So we only get the media filtered version, and we know that's going to be 99% anti-Trump.

Please explain to me why these documents were discovered before the midterm elections, but only made public once the republicans took control of the House? Nothing screams guilt like attempting to get ahead of a story once all your other cover-up options have run out.

Sort of a tangent thing here, but anyone who works in a professional environment with document control (or software code is another applicable example) knows that these documents shouldn't be all over the place with no audit trail of who has them, and when they took them. To me all this mess with Trump and Biden only shows that the govt needs to drag itself out of the 1980's and get itself some modern document management software. Can we at least agree on that?

Second, at the end of the article is a disclaimer: "This story has been updated with additional details.", which means they changed it and didn't tell us what changed. They did give it an update date of 1/10 at 7:49 PM. I posted on Wed 1/11 saying that CNN reported the docs topics included China on Tuesday (which was 1/10.) I read the article on 1/10 and only looked it up for my post. I did not re-read it, and that's on me. So, do I have proof that they deleted the reference to China? So in spite of your personal opinion of me Gumby, I'll stand by what I said. Again, I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

The reality of both the Dementia Joe and Tangerine Tornado classified doc situations is what I said all along when they were first discovered with Trump, and that is we just don't know, and we need to wait until the issue is resolved. Maybe then we will know. These are classified docs, so if anybody in the FBI or DOJ, or that feckless dipwad Garland is giving them to the media, or even saying what their subject matter is, they're violating the law and should be prosecuted. That's a judgment call, so it's only an opinion. Based on their relative positions, meaning ex-VPOTUS vs. ex-POTUS, one could make a pretty strong argument that Biden's is worse because he couldn't take the documents and declassify them, regardless of method. VPOTUS does not have that power.
