Pennsylvania state law, in the case of death of a candidate, allows for the candidate to be replaced on the ballot as long as the ballots have not been printed.

The ballots were printed on Sept 28th. DeLuca died Oct 9th.

To not have him on the ballot would have been...well...it would have been an illegal election.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I'm 100% conservative! Doesn't PA have such a thing as a "write-in" candidate that Dems could have offered as a replacement for DeLuca?? If not, they should look into it!

They had plenty of liberals to choose from. Write-ins require a significant coordination when it’s easier to push a button and achieve the same result.
