Yes, a flood did change the climate, here is how. Noah’s Flood. A catastrophic global flood that covered the tallest mountains and shifted the continents. It says in Genesis that “the fountains of the deep were broken up, and the floodgates of heaven were opened” Genesis 7:11. Now, small asteroids could have hit the Earth during this time, but not 1 big one. The flood cracked the original supercontinent, and rearranged the landmasses to where they are today. It wiped out everything. “And in that day, every creature that had the breath of life in its nostrils was wiped out; men and animals and creatures that move along the ground and the birds of the air were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the Ark.” Genesis 7:23. Man was wicked in the sight of the Lord, and he was sorry he had created us, so he told Noah, the only righteous man left (Well, him and his family) to build an Ark, and God brought 2 of every created kind to Noah, and they were put in the Ark, and they survived the Flood. Dinosaurs died after the flood because all that new water that was in Earth lowered its temperature, and changed the climate, so they could not adapt, and they died out.
